What I think about when I hear a concert band/orchestra play...
The sound of a symphony
calling out to me as an alarm,
telling me to wake up and listen...
listen to different sounds that are being made.
The pounding of drum that match to the beat of my heart,
the flutter of flutes that represent the song that the birds are singing,
the shimmer of trumpets that blow me away,
the crashing of cymbals surprising me every time.
A symphony is like a conversation, a conversation that many people are a part of.
The people are the instruments that work together: clarinets, tubas, saxophones and more!
Each section has a part to play.
When each section combines all of their parts together, this creates art.
Music is a form of art...
it creates masterpieces that truly express different feelings for different people.
Love, anger, sadness...in the way the song is laid out and is played by the symphony.
The sound of a symphony is...beautiful, majestic, and a true form of art.
