I love how the rain can relax a person.
Let it rain, let it pour, let it shower to the ground.

As I lay here silent to that drizzling sound.

Rain like diamonds fall from the sky,

I lay in it's presence as the clouds float by.

                                        My life at ease,

                                  with that gentle breeze.

I could lay in the rain for eternity,

                        no longer worrying about uncertainty.

                                    My mind grows light,

                                  this feeling feels right.

The rain's not a curse but a gift so grand.

I reach out my arm and take your hand.

Then I'll ask for a dance in the rain this day,

close your eyes and let the world fade away.

We'll dance to the beat of the falling rain,

and block out the world with it's crushing pain.

                                  Rain, Rain come and stay,

                          I welcome your presence everyday.
