Why Do Roses Cry?

Mommy why do roses cry?
They bleed red beads
As they look to the sky

Mommy why do pigeons fly?
They runaway everyday
They go too far and go too high

Mommy why do the trees die?
They turn pretty colors
As they wave goodbye

Mommy why do people say bye?
Why don’t they want to stay
Tell me truth, not a lie

Mommy why does daddy sigh?
He closes the door forevermore
