Poem on depression
ASK FOR HELP

The pain etched on her face,
Like a goblet of stone.
Her baby is still born,
She never got to hear a moan.

She can no longer distinguish night from day,
Happiness seemed too far away.
At night she cries never ending tears,
Her husband can do nothing but watch and fear.

One night she stands on top of a bridge looking down to the road,
Her baby now would have been one year old.

They reported a woman jumped from a bridge,
She suffered manic depression yet no one was told,
She was only 25 years old.
