If cats could talk...


                    What tales would you tell if your tongue knew the words,
                    If your whiskers could whisper a thought?
                    When copper coins blink, I suspect it’s a wink
                    As your musings merge into a plot.

                    You rouse from your dreams at the sound of my voice
                    And those tufted ears rise from their droop;
                    What would you endow if that fettered meow
                    Took a dip into alphabet soup?
