This poem is a brief summarization of what i've come to see in a friend
You know they say the eyes are a way into the soul
I construe this must be true to accrue what I’ve seen in you
I quiver in the slight sparkle of each sliver of each glimmer
Of her splendor that I may gleam with the sight of my soul
For with no other eyes may I see what lies within those depths
Through those pools of a thousand glistening sapphires
Through the hue of a thousand listening angels
In the depths of her inner being on the lips of snow serene
Culmination gardening of the deadening heartstrings
Tenderly touched by her engaging gaze in this glowing haze
With this poets exaggeration an writers imagination
In a simple sense is the essence of her presence
Through those pools of a thousand glistening sapphires
Through the hue of a thousand listening angels
Boldly explored are the sought after bounds of her exquisiteness
As the fires lit in this dirigible burning on with her inflation
Continues the culmination gardening of deadening heartstrings
I’m a zealot floating up to zenith piloting a zeppelin riding a zephyr
To the truest marvel of peering into those sapphire heavens
Through those pools of a thousand glistening sapphires
Through the hue of a thousand listening angels
Standing awash in a sky blue hue as though a halo burned over you
Heartfelt her tender touch, my heart melts in this splendor clutched
Culmination gardening of the deadening heartstrings
Hitherto clipping away those numbing parts of me
Letting go of all that’s wronged and lost within me
Through those pools of a thousand glistening sapphires
Through the hue of a thousand listening angels
Her words of kindness the cutting shears of my blindness
My guiding ears out of self suppression and grinding gears
Continues the culmination gardening of deadening heartstrings
So well though Michelle lo hitherto has kept her razor resolve so
Such a blithe life it’s been having a mental strife knife within
As dull my blade has become and weak my armor wither
She always turns the storms in my mind to better weather
Culmination gardening of the deadening heartstrings
Heartfelt her tender touch my heart melts in this splendor clutched
May merriment reign an rule over your heart
An that sapphire fire burn out the pain in the dark
So to you Sky Blue stay true as yet your happiness may accrue
Through those pools of a thousand glistening sapphires
Down the road of a thousand whistling desires
Through the hue of a thousand listening angels
Culmination gardening these deadening heartstrings is heartening
