It's poem...well, if you'd want to call it that. I hope you enjoy.
My faith and hope walks across broken glass while
my life is held by a thin silver cord that  lies
between death and resurrection.
                                                           I
Dream behind closed eyes what it’s like
to fly far from home. To fly so far away
that the screaming and yelling                                  become
so quiet that the only sounds heard is
the steady beating of my heart.

In these dreams I                                          found
away to escape and hide.  I found what I
couldn’t find at home. I found acceptance.

I found another life beside hurt and pain.
I found me and all it took was a nose. All it took
was to slide my neck                                                  through,
to look at the impasse of my life,
and the haunting
scars on my arms
to know what I done
was right.

                                               God.
God, forgive me.
was my last
thought before
I  found
peace. Before I
found
me.
