Kae has lived a quiet (and somewhat brutal) life in Kyoko, Japan. When a strange boy comes to her town and knows her, things start to get weird. People are claiming to have the blood sucked out of them, and are automatically blaming the new boy. When she stands up for him, they start to blame her, too!
