A girl waiting in the hallway for love...

I sit in the hallway
Back pushed against the stone
Blasting the music
Watching people pass

Everyday I do this
And everyday I feel empty
There is only one person
I wait to see

My heart beats faster
With every drunken step he takes
At least it used to
Now my heart tears
Every moment he takes
To pass me

No longer does he notice me
No longer does he speak to me

Everyday I do this
Everyday

I wait to get my hopes up...
