Poem written to an everlasting new beginning
The sadness in my heart

Is from the first day

Vast is my love for you

The universe that

Sent me forth

Without the bow

Is so compelling

It blackens my eye

Wane my love

I will never step back

Discouraged that the rose Wilts

And is sometimes not reborn

My first reckoning

The vestibule of leather

The taste of the salt

Of my first tear

I give to you now

On this blotted
