I wrote this my freshman year of high school, it just kind of states past experiences.
Spring,
         the time you're reminded why people draw flowers.

         When the crush you had on that guy dwindles, because you weren't pretty enough.
         
         When you know the year went by too quick.

         When everyone aches to run outside naked, but instead are all forced inside a hot room rotting in mold.

         When people drive around for no reason.

         When the teens will run after that small white truck that plays the nostalgic tune.

         When you walk outside in a t-shirt and jeans and not regret it.

         When you know you're going to do something stupid with your friends, and then smile thinking up what it'll be.

         When you notice someone new and "fall in love".

         When you go outside and pretend there are no bees.

         When grass stains don't mean you're clumsy,

         And the shy girl becomes the exhibitionist.
