IRREPLACEABLE


He told me to follow my heart.
He told me we would never part.
But was it a lie from the start?
I'm torn apart, I'm torn apart.

He said he would not ever lie.
He said he would not make me cry.
But it was all a worthless try.
I want to die, I want to die.

She came and your heart was stolen.
Now, my eyes are red and swollen.
Please don't go, fix me, I'm broken.
I'm crestfallen, I'm crestfallen.

I tried to forget and change me.
I tried my best relentlessly.
But each time, I failed, you see.
Remarkably, remarkably...




The Monotetra is a form that consist of four lines, each line ending mono-rhyme.
Each line has a syllable count of eight or four metric feet.
To give the form a more profound and distinct effect the last line is written

in two metric feet or four syllables then repeated.
