she said it! no mater how much she wishes she didn't. now she lives in her own love storm.
After the storm of words you shared,
You stand and stair at him,
Inspecting the damage you’ve done.
Nothing can replace what you’ve just now lost.
‘Not lost’ you say to yourself.
Thrown away.

No turning back now, it’s all there to stay.
When you realize exactly what you’ve said
And there’s nothing left but your own destruction,
A deadly silence falls between you and him.
Loving, yet misunderstanding eyes look back at you
And a light rain falls; salty raindrops fall from your clouded eyes.

This is your storms aftermath.
This is what you’ve created.
There’s nothing left to say, you know.
And no mater how much you wish it,
It happened.
You’re done.

You open your mouth, to take it all back,
But the silence, that horrible silence
Takes the words out of your mouth
And throws them wildly around the room,
With the intense ‘wind’ that made your words come to life,
It kills you now.

Speechless, you reach out to him,
Wanting to take everything back
But he knows you all to well and shuts it out.
Shuts you out.
That’s all that’s left,
He leaves you standing there,

Alone with your own silence.
