being alone and lost
I don't have a place to live.
Or someone who would even give.
A moment of time just to hear me whine.
And that alone is just unkind.

Another day is passing by
Yesterday I wanted to die.
Useless it seems to gather hope.
When you don't have the strength to cope.

Lacking a place to rest my head.
Not enough food and barely fed.
Another journey ruined by rain.
A longer road that ends in pain.

The storm it brews above my head.
I'm tired of all the tears I've shed.
When all I want to do is run and hide
But they say it's better on the other side.

What is there for me to say and do?
I know my anger's seeping through.
With a hole too large to ever mend.
Without the guidance of a friend.

Help me when I'm falling down.
Release me when my heart is bound.
Unlock the door, that hides the lies.
Open it wide and hear my cries.
