A lullaby for my Baby Blue
Come Baby Blue,
come lay with me,
nestled beside me,
safe you'll be.

Close to my breast,
my heartbeat you'll hear.
A sweet lullaby to sooth,
and take away each fear.

Come Baby Blue,
come sail with me.
Listen to my heartbeat,
Let your dreams be free.

The waves thrust a beat,
with each thump you hear,
on our mighty ship,
as I hold you dear.

We'll cast the crescent moon,
and then as we sail,
we'll catch shooting stars,
right by their tail.

When our buckets are full,
we'll sit around and boast,
as fisherman do,
about who got the most.

Look Baby Blue!
We've reached land,
with tropical trees,
bright flowers and sand.

Twinkling lightning bugs,
will lead the way.
So come with us,
If you want to play.

Round and round,
and round we go.
Singing and dancing,
with our friends that glow.

While swirling and twirling,
we've stumbled it seems.
You and I, Baby Blue,
upon a jungle of dreams.

But wait,over there,
we'll ride on that elephant!
Next stop ahead,
is the peanut tournament.

We'll clap and we'll cheer,
as the elephants juggle,
and balance each peanut,
without any struggle.

When we've had enough,
we'll be on our way.
Our dreams will be waiting,
right here where they stay.

When you wake up,
guess where you'll be?
Nestled beside me,
safe as can be.
