A Day in the Life of a Comfortable Old Shoe.

As this day starts, you find me not nearly brand new. You smile at my hole and worn comfort and wear; we walk to the cobbler and back home again. You remove my leather; polish me up like brand new. Put under the chair, my day is now done; I’ll just wait for you here.
