After trying to get my daughter to go home with me......
I know that this poem is not to the best standards, but she is gone again.  My little girl visited her dad and that part of her family for a couple of days, and she wanted to go back.  I tried to reason with her, pull her, and called the cops into it.  They were going to force her to go with me, but I could not stand the way she held to them..  I guess what it came down to was “WHO WAS I WILLING TO SEE HURT MY LITTLE OR ME?”

So I said bye to her again.

So again I watch you go
I could not stand to see your tears
Pain will always show
That this was the worst of all my fears...

I knew that this was another night
Like others when I said see you when they choose
I pretend that everything would all be all right
Like every time it is me who has to loose

I was there when you opened your eyes
The one whose heart beat above your head
Now you are won over with all their lies
And my same heart is full of dread

I had to say, “see you next visit”
Loving you so very much
My heart is breaking from watching your fit
I already missing your little touch

I will love you as I have since the day I gave birth
I won’t stop being your mother
Nothing ever could change the worth
Of you or either of your brothers

I hurt now more than any word
Could ever describe
I plead to my Lord
That he hold  you as I did when you cry.
