Truth

There is a place
There is a time for life
No matter what the case

Yet humans seem to focus on their strife
Although they wish their worries away
Some constantly watch the tempting knife

Focus instead on the good words we say
They hold more truth then we'll ever know
And truth shines brighter then a sunny day

So stop watching your happiness go
Without your soul or mind intact
Instead get up, stop wanting things just so

We need to stop turning our back
On the truth
For it is what we lack.
