A short poem about winter
Swirling leaves
         Frozen twigs,
Frost dances
         in moles' digs.

Cold snaking
         within their dens,
Feeling wakes
         the fox in fens.

Snowflakes float
         among the trees,
Stand among
         the dozing bees

I stand among
         the strongest strong
Weakest weak
         have passed along.
