Clear my eyes
See the skies
Rise above the eager morn

I can see the deep subtlety
Setting in our history
Can you feel the wind dash
Can you see the shore awash

Bring me to my deep remorse
Flying in its usual course
Sitting upon my heart
Its weight tearing me apart
Dancing upon my chest
It will never lay to rest
Cascades of pain shatter me
It will never let me be

I can never look you in the eye
