Blood Orange

The blood orange in the sky
Belongs to you
Belongs to I

Massive and utter devastation
Is upon us
We breathe steady
disregard the signs

Blood orange glows at night
The piercing ringing in your ears
Nothing else is heard

We fuel the engine
But we fight the fire
The blood orange cradled in our arms
