i made it hurt more

knowone can make it hurt better than you
i got the razor in my hands
and this is what i m going to do:

im going to cut so hard i bleed red
over and over and over again
im going to forget all the pain i have inside
for just a little while
so i can clear my head
and focus on the red
over and over and over again

now that made it hurt
worse than you
got no more power now
what you going to do?
(are you going to hurt yourself just as bad now too?)

this thing took ahold of me
and im not letting go
or i run the risk of letting
you have back the control

so im making a conscious decision
in deciding to let the razor hurt me more
because i can't stand to see the sight of you
losing it on my kitchen floor
(anymore)

and so my final goodbye to you
will take it's place upon my wrist
"revenge is sweet" i think to myself
as i cut you off of my list

and so i go back to cutting so hard
that this time i bleed blue
it's funny to think how cold i've turned
all because of you
