A painful journey
Sweet, sweet aroma
fill my room and carry me off
to a distant place.

This will not be my last day on earth
and I will carry the memory as well,
long into the future that awaits me.

My destiny begins and began on the
same day - every day. Scorn to death and
resisting life as a necessity.

Believe in what will be, or it will
come back to haunt the lonely crier in the night,
who cannot sleep as the deeds of the day
unfold in the darkness.

Shame, shame fair youth of mine for
showing your imature face now.
I fight your untimely presence cunningly
existing when I need it not.

Strength of old will surely see that
the shrewdness of my youth utters lies to
responsibility, bravery and loyalty.
Let youth fly from where it came - leave.

At last the power to overcome has
reached my beckoning cries. Love for love
and hate for hate takes over like a sleepless night.
Age weighs heavily, like the dawn.
