Understanding what my life has become
I'm all out of analogies, similes, and metaphors

Nothing to say that hasn't been said before

Scripting emotion to another mans melody

Once again I am reminded nothing is my own

I wasn’t born into luxury, but I remember being comfortable

A malnutrition mind rejects anything substantial

I did it to myself, yeah I did it to myself and now

My tongue twisted as reality has rendered has no filter

Asking me to repeat myself will just result in a self

Righteous temper tantrum that fades on tried ears

Doesn’t matter who’s right who’s wrong or just misunderstood

Good intentions falter when tested by the impatience of others

I falter by pre-tense and now there is nothing left to say
