this is my point of view on depression
Depression is a bitter gift that lets me see the truth.
It’s accepting all those bad things I always knew but never wanted to believe.
Depression is realizing I no longer know those people that were the closest to me.
It’s discovering I can no longer trust the ones I thought were my friends.
Depression is learning that antidepressants will never change all those bad-intentioned, stupid, ignorant people, erase the bad memories, help me make real friends or stop those who make me mad or sad from doing so.
Depression is nothing else but being realistic.
