mother earth!!

I do not know where I came from
I do not know when I started existing
Only thing I know is since ages am here….

You have all theories about my birth
You have all prophesies about my age
You think you are studying me…. but
You do not know that
I have studied you long back….

Am permanent here and saw a million billions like you
you are temporary and none of you have seen me in entirety
still
You behave as if
You are my permanent lord….
trying to establish permanent ness in temporary ness
that too hurriedly, worriedly
brutally, ruthlessly
disturbingly and disgustingly
you march on as if you are born to do that…..

My child !!!
I too have pains, that don’t see gains
I too have stress and I too get strain
I do get drained … and
When ever I try to let u know that
You are too busy to listen
busy in theorising about my birth
prophesying about my age

I don’t know how long….
I can bear this strain while giving u gains
I don’t know how deep I can allow you to tap my veins
In that process
I fear
One day
I may collapse
One day
I may rebel…..
I may even decide
decide to go back to the unknown world I came from....!!!!

and I want to live for you
let me live the way I wanted to live for the unknown ages.....
