I walk towards the suicidal waves, Thinking of them as my only way of escape.
I walk towards the suicidal waves,
Thinking of them as my only way of escape.
That if I only jumped right in,
This awful pain would end.

The sun is setting with a colorful look,
A perfect sky for my time to die.
The bright clear moon would appear,
After I finally decided to disappear.

As the waves crash to the ground,
I can't help but be entangled in the sound.
My heart is racing faster than you can imagine,
Is this place I am going to really heaven?

The tears start to fall into the sea,
My fears overwhelm me as my feet touch the weeds.
As my body begins to dought my decision,
My eyes start searching for a different vision.

Something tells me not to leave but to stay,
Another thing tells me to give into my fears.
To let go to my hold on this darkened life,
And let the waves crash upon my falling tears.

Why stay in this life of pain and grief?
Why not leave to a place where there could be peace?
My thoughts can't decide on a place to hide,
So why not give in to this thing called suicide?
