this is about my middle school times.
I met the challenge
I prospered through
The trials and hardships
Given to me by you


I kept their secrets
I played it cool
But theres fights all around me
and cool kids seem to rule


Good friends and bad friends
And choices to make
In these times I feel like
I'm just a big mistake


Upper class men tease me
And cut me in line
But when all this happens
I just remember not to whine


Report cards are near me
And so are mid-terms
yet they're so far away
cuz I've got a lot to learn
