Truth of Life, Living, and the Ultimate End...
EVER KNOWING

As we realize the morning has begun to creep,
our bodies escapes the grips of sleep.
Weary and tired we greet the sun,
only to wish our day was done.
Spurred onward by twists of chance and fate,
our destiny seems preordained.
As time passes and youth slips away,
insight is gained from the life force that drives us on.
All we can do is play the game,
ever knowing that in the end, it's all the same.
Death will come to make his claim,
on each and everyone.
