Didn't think this one turned out well.

It lives in your soul,
feeding on your dreams
Laying in wait for the
opportune moment.

It suddenly bursts out
spewing all over you,
Nothing you can do,
No one to help.

Some think it's nothing,
Others think it's something,
What do you think it is?
