When success & failure doth lie in either hand...(title needed)

When success and failure,
Doth lie in either hand,
It's a path or two away, I think
From what I really am.
And though I know I'm sitting here,
With nothing left to take;
If both ways lead me home today,
There will be nothing left to fake.
So I guess I'll close this wonderland,
Of words and rhymes and fantasy,
With what I know is true in my heart;
One day maybe you will see.
