A poem about a female who just wants to be found instead of finding herself
I was lost but never found
I needed help but no one came around
To comfort me
To love me
They all just let me be
Why doesn't anybody care
Why isn't anybody ever there
It's like I walked into darkness and never found the light
Never found the steps to reach new heights
So many people come and tell me all the things they do
What about me? I need some loving too
Why do you get all the friends
When all my friendships come to an end
Why do you get all the passion
When everytime I talk to a guy they start dashin
Why do you get all the sex
It's like "30 down, allright, who's next?"
Why does it seem like I have to become a slut
To get all the loving you have
To moan and bust a nut
While the guy doesn't even give a fuck
All night I toss and turn
I feel like I'm being taught a lesson that I'll never learn
