Always longing for Mr. Right to come along.
Unable to remember your name
I'm calling out to you
No response, of course
How stupid of me
My memory stubborn

Unable to recall your face
You've clouded my mind
The rain begins to pour
Drowning me, overwhelming me
Forgetting who you are

Unable to remember your name
Haunts and taunts me
Curious mystery building inside
No hint allowed
Or clue as to who you are

Unable to recall your face
Your memory surrounding me
Frustrated I become
Growing more impatient
Begging for you to exist.
