A butterfly's experience...
Flyaway, young flutterby,
Spread those wondrous wings.
Flutter high up in the sky,
Up to the rays of warm sunlight.

Over the rolling hills,
Past the flowers and trees.
Through red rocky canyons,
Up towering mountains in threes.

Flyaway, sweet flutterby,
Spread those beautiful wings.
Flutter high up in the sky,
Up to the rays of warm sunlight.

It feels cool and moist,
Within the white clouds’ embrace.
While dew collects on colored wings,
Warmth has gone without a trace.

Flyaway, special flutterby,
Spread those dewy wings.
Flutter high up in the sky,
Up to the rays of warm sunlight.

When the sun kisses your wings,
Only then do you stop,
To flutter in midair,
Such beauty you cannot top.

Flyaway, loving flutterby,
Spread those sun-kissed wings.
Flutter high up in the sky,
Up to the rays of warm sunlight.
