reflection
When I close my eyes, I awaken to the tears of yesterday.
I wander far from myself to be with you again, I am lost to
myself to far to be found.

Lost again I find myself farther from the truth, deep within myself
I remember the children of past, never meant for this wandering
beyond borders so far from themselves.

Whence it came and whence its lost; a whim, wish and wince
all things lost to themselves seperate and the same. Spiraling apart
from themselves come together all at once, coming back again
seemingly the same.

Happening long ago not far from today coming back around again
like some strange unforgiven name. subtle but not fragile membrane
ever changing the same.

Forever unforgiven always spinning out of control warping reality never
letting me forget from who and whence I came, unable to forget because
I would never be the same. A whim, wish and whince returning to sender from whence it came.
