A portrait of autumn mornings.
Morning,
frozen calendar gently
cracks.
Lets light,
coursing river sudden
on to
crash stoccato grass.

Gentle chime
waiting on surface tops
of water.

Lissome light
bring bright crescents
limpid to it.

Lick lips and
gentle dapples
grasping lilting touch
to touch.
