A poem about a vampire
Dead

Once loved, now lost, gone
He has left not returning.
Forever lost now.

Prayers can't bring him back,
Nor weeping lamentations,
Gold can't bring him back.

For a choice chosen,
He has left the path of light,
And walks the dark path.

Shunned by all on sight,
His name spoken in whispers
Lest he loose a curse.

Fearing the days light.
It burns with holy vengeance,
Drinking human blood.

To steal their life force.
He is dead, yet still he walks,
Causing his havoc.

Plaguing our poor town.
Oh for a vampire slayer,
We are waiting in vain.
