Lost Stars

The moon cries out for its lost stars
The sun rises, awakens every breath
Casting light over land
Hilltops light with every ignite
The moon cries out for its lost stars

Lives live and winds blow
Through the glowing day, and all know
The sun smiles, hiding the hidden
The moon misses what it has lost
The moon cries out for its lost stars

The sun dies again at the end of another day
Hilltops darken, nature sleeps
What was once hidden is now clear to see

In the night, all is right, for the moon has found its stars
