Don’t heed my advice

I am the one who speaks to you in your darkest hour
I am the one who hears your silent cries, your silent tears

Look away when I point out the way
Take the opposite path that I show

I am the one that tells you the right thing
I am the one who tries to guide you

Take my trust for granted
Don’t listen to me
