Yet another Love poem
Lying in bed awake at night.

I look over in dim moonlight.

There you lay sound asleep.

Still can't believe your mine to keep.

Hair so long and so soft too.

Those pretty eyes of azure blue.

In those eyes a love that's true.

It doeth waken my heart anew.

The love you show each waking hour

Is like a fortress with strong tower.

Refreshing like a spring time flower.

Yet strong and firm like bird's bower.

May your love I forever keep.

For it I'll take the lover's leap.
