absorbed wings

angel wings veined,
insect-slender sliver
staked through their flight;
some chaotic map traced,
or just an irrational means of navigation?

this spectrum scrap flitted
from one thrown-up idea roots had,
to another,
the bees strumming their tune
with absorbed wings knew nothing of the silence.
