The white roses blossomed red dust
And shed a tear or two
Made way for the railway, the railway
The train was painted red
And dripped of joyous blue
Make way for the railway, the railway
A train is coming through
A bullet is coming through
The sky blue heavens have opened
And sung sweet rain and thunder
The protesters are marching, marching
The railway station opened
And sung sweet rain and thunder
The protesters are singing, singing
The train has been snowed under
