It was the tingle in my body the quick breath I took.
It was the darkest of nights,
When the red moon was at play
And the stars were all but none.
The monstrous waves clashing ,beating,smashing,
against the stubborn cliff side.
My heart was weary
From the troubles of the world.
The rain falling upon my face,
As if they were the uncried tears of loved ones
Watching from above,
Streaming down,
Like the rivers of the lost hopes and dreams.
The unbearable thought of my past
Had finally caught up to me,
And I was not the one to pay.
I moved closer to the edge,
With the wind whispering in my ear,
Egging me on towards my fate.
The ever watchful eye,
The ever playing song of God
Passing through me.
The time had finally come,
Come to end the very thing that pained others.
The time where
All the lights were suddenly turned off,
In hopes that you may reunite with others,
And if not,
Then to save them from your sins.
Eyes shut to let the darkness in.
Arms spread,
Like the wings of a bird about to take its last flight.
Ever slowly I must proceed;
Ever slowly the aches and nightmares,
That so disturbingly haunted me on these nights,
Were to be vanquished from the Earth.
The rain grows stronger;
Stronger to give life to the ground;
Life that I was killing with each step.
A foot is placed into the mid air,
Hanging over it waiting;
Waiting for the precise moment to come,
That the dark angels will take the soul.
A burst of sensation,
As pain swirls around the body.
I open my eyes to see;
See what this pain was that I felt
When the final step wasn't taken.
It was there that I saw,
With the light of moon,
A stranger of peculiar form.
A look of sudden longing,
Appeared into his eyes.
They looked as if fire was dancing in a crystal.
It was there that I realized
There was something still in store for me.
As I sat there looking deeper into his eyes,
I noticed that was no stranger to me,
For I had seen him before
In the vulnerary sleep of my past.
Why would such a man,
With the build of a bear
And eyes like emeralds,
Risk everything he had worked so hard for,
For a devil child,
That would sooner cause a curse of death,
To all those in reach.
For it was true,
I was cursed.
It seems as if God,
the almighty haven,
Does have a plan for us all.
Even if we tried to quicken demise.
Why is it,
Love always seems to find a way,
Even at first sight.
When two strangers meet at a strange intersection?
He picked me up,
Like a chinese doll of small children.
The world seemed to twirl,
The sea splashed as the tide turned,
And stars began to twinkle,
But only at the sight of his eyes.
A tingle ran through my body,
As if there were a million butterflies,
Flapping through my blood.
The moon began to sink,
As the clear dawn approached,
And I began to fade.
Love had finally given me wings,
To soar past the worries of the past,
To go to a brighter path than before.
All would soon be better,
Now that I was given such a precious gift,
That I shall never let go of again.
