They are alike
Women are like the Rose in so many ways
For as with the Rose
Women receive their beauty
As a gift from God
Be it beauty of the skin
Or the beauty that resides within
And like the rose
Women too can be thorny to handle
As many a man, both great and small
Have fallen at the prick of a Woman's thorn

So much alike
A Woman and a Rose
