Overall, I really dig this idea of blending a fetish story like this with horror, it's interesting and not something I see much. And having the main character be a kid, while a bit of a moral grey area due to the nature of this story, works well to bring out a sense of helplessness central to horror.
This all said, in the synopsis I felt I was being led to believe this was a ghost\fetish story set in a abandoned hospital. Oh well, no harm done, here's to that being a plotline, maybe.
All in all I rate this piece a 4\5: good, interesting and originak premise and proficiently executed.
