After reading this twice, i can honestly say its hard for me to find things i think could be better. i throughly enjoyed this story. The theme at its heart was very touching. What pleased me the most was your use of description, and the way you use the weather to create the kinda feeling you want. It started out dark and ominous, a mother walking in a storm, burdened by her sons recent death. But as it progress and she meets Martha, the storm outside lessens as both characters find comfort. As i reader i found that this also kind of mirrors life in general, how things get worse before they get better. Very well written, deep and thoughtful. You have a lot of talent.
