I thought this story was cute, though I wish the text wasn't like this, maybe write some dialogue? Also I thought it was beautiful, it flowed really well and the imagery was pretty cool because I thought the dog surfing the waves was pretty interesting. I think you should refine this a little more, add some more meat to this bone if you know what I mean.
