Review of SCHOOL SHOOTINGS
Review by H. Shizuka
Rated: 13+ | (5.0)
I would like to add in my two cents that school shootings are also, in a sense, cultural. If you think of other countries, Japan for example, their society is all about saving face and not causing trouble for others. In that situation, it would be rare, almost unheard of for a school shooting in that country. Instead, they have a higher suicide rate. They also do not have access to guns, while here in the USA is a different story altogether, as you have stated in your writing.

I remember watching a TED talk about someone who was almost a school shooter, and he had mentioned that getting a gun was the easy part.

Anyway, this was an educational read, and I enjoy the points you have made along with your references. Thank you for sharing this.

Hello! I randomly came across this in Read & Review, and thought I would leave a small review as your title had caught my attention.

Presentation: This was very pleasing to look at. The text was a nice size, making it easy to read, and the few passages you had put in bold really caught my attention and made those words all the more memorable.

Story: The first sentence had caught my attention. The idea that the virus came to bring the message of peace is an interesting way to look at it. It's definitely different and shows you really thought outside the box.

Characters: There's a good balance of interaction between the mom, her child, and the teacher. I really liked how to conversations seemed to flow and didn't feel forced or awkward.

Overall: I thought this was a wonderful, short read! Great job.
