Just a little FYI. Faking it to you make it is a CBT skill which is a psych term. I have Bipolar and Borderline Personality Disorder and this is a common skill that I use.

Dear Korosu,

I am very familiar with thoughts like these. They can be very distracting. I am lucky to have Tigger, my orange/buff tabby, and he is very sensitive when these thoughts come up. I also do lists, character histories, write, watch light television, and talk to family. All this stuff helps. If you ever get stuck and need someone to talk too I will always be there.
