Hi Harry,

I can relate to the subject of your poem. I'm a bit younger, but my husband is 68.
The only suggestions I have are regarding punctuation...for example: "I used to be active in all sorts of sports,
tennis and running 10Ks were a blast." Should be a semi-colon after "sports" I'm happy you have taken up writing in your retirement. Best wishes, Linda
